Tsuguto Yamada

In 2015, he joined an IT venture that provides website development, SEO, and online marketing services to attract customers asa sales representative. He was the youngest person to hold the position of section manager. He received the Monthly MVP, Newcomer of the Year, Playing Manager Award, and Distinguished Achievement Award. He also set an all-time sales record.
After leaving the company in 2020, he founded EF. Co., Ltd.

In 2015, he joined an IT venture that provides website development, SEO, and online marketing services to attract customers as a sales representative.
He worked in the role of section manager as the person to have achieved promotion in the shortest period. He was awarded MVP of the month, broke the all-time sales record, and established the Best General Employee Award and the Distinguished Achievement Award.
After leaving the company in 2018, he joined an IT venture, where he was appointed as Branch Manager and engaged in the start-up of the branch. He then left the company in 2020 and joined EF. He was then promoted to Sales Manager and became Executive Officer in 2023, where he remains to this day.

In 2017, he joined an IT venture that provides website development, SEO, and web marketing services as a sales representative after graduating from university.
After leaving the company in 2020, he joined EF. He then launched the Administration Department in 2021 and was promoted to Chief, to Section Manager in 2022, to General Manager in 2023, and is now an Executive Officer.

In 2017, he joined an IT venture that provides website development, SEO, and web marketing services to attract customers as a sales representative. After leaving the company in February 2021, he joined EF. He was promoted to Team Leader in the same year and Sub-Manager in 2022.

Daiki Harada

He joined a remodeling company in 2018 as a sales representative and switched jobs to join a painting company the following year. In 2021, he became an independent sole proprietor of exterior painting. In 2022, he joined EF. He was promoted to Team Leader in September of the same year and to Sub-Manager in May of the following year.

In 2020, she joined an investment real estate sales company after graduating from university. She was promoted to Chief in her second year and left the company in 2022. She joined an IT venture and left after two months, then joined EF in October 2022. She was promoted to team leader in 2023 and four months later promoted to Sub-Manager, where she is currently working.

In 2019, he joined an IT venture company that provides website development, SEO, and web marketing services as a sales representative after graduating from university. After leaving the company in 2020, he ran a product sales business. Then, in October 2021, he was invited by a senior colleague from his previous job to join EF. He was promoted to Chief in 2022, then to Section Chief in 2023, and is currently working hard to further expand the company by setting up a Human Resources Department.

After dropping out of high school in 2009, he entered the construction industry and worked as a construction worker for 13 years. He left the company in 2022 and joined EF, where he was promoted to Team Leader in six months.

Shun Takamitsu

Shun Takamitsu

After dropping out of college in 2012, he decided to start his own business while working at various part-time jobs in restaurants without success. He moved to Tokyo in 2016 but returned to his hometown after a year and started a sole proprietorship selling goods and consulting. He then joined EF in 2023 and was promoted to team leader nine months later. Three months later, he was promoted to his current position as a new recruits trainer.
