EF has established a basic policy for information security to protect the information assets of our customers and our company from all threats, internal and external, intentional and accidental, and to continue our business activities to be trusted by our customers.

01. Establishment of information security system
We have established an information security management system to protect and appropriately manage all information assets in our possession.

02. Protection of information assets
We recognize the importance of all information assets in our possession in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, and we assess risks and strive to protect information assets appropriately under our information security system.

03. Compliance with laws, regulations, customer requirements, etc.
We will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.

04. Information security education
We provide all employees and related personnel with information security education and training to ensure appropriate management of information assets.

05. Continuous improvement
We periodically review our information security management system and strive for continuous improvement.

We will continue to manage the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information in a well-balanced manner, work to make effective use of information, and strive to provide services that our customers can use with even greater peace of mind.

Meanwhile, information assets are constantly exposed to threats.
The purpose of this certification is to appropriately protect information assets from these threats and to enhance their value.
The purpose of the standard is to establish a system that enables organizations to identify the information assets they need to protect and to maintain and improve the balance of confidentiality, integrity, and availability for each information asset.
